We do not provide a refund once the order is confirmed and the digital product has been delivered. We offer digital products, not services.
There is no obligation to return money or credit in the following situations:
- You change your mind about the subject.
- You bought the item by mistake.
- You don’t have enough knowledge to use the item.
We can refund your money if there is a technical problem and we can’t help you solve it. In such cases, the refund period is 30 days from the date of purchase.
We consider one of the following to be a technical problem:
- Non-delivery of the product due to some shipping issues with the email provider. In this case, we recommend that you contact us for assistance.
- Product not as described. Clear evidence must be provided to show that the product purchased is not as described on the product description page.
