1. Definitions
1.1. “Item” is defined as a purchased resource (IdeaKIT).
1.2. “End Products” is defined as a customized implementation of the “Item”. For example, the “Item” is a template, and the “End Product” is the finished application.
1.3. ”Personal License” is defined as using purchased “Items” individually and not as a part of a company, business, non-profit, or any other organization of any kind. Is also defined as using purchased “Items” for commercial work, company projects, businesses and so on, if you aren’t employed by such enterprises.
1.4. “Corporate License” is defined as using purchased “Items” as a part of a company, business, non-profit, or any other organization of any kind.
1.5. “We” (“Us”) is defined as the Grupa IDEACTO company.
2. License Grant
By purchasing a resource (“Item”) you are being granted a license to use these files for specific uses under certain conditions. “We” grant the user an ongoing, non-exclusive, worldwide license to utilize the digital work (“Item”). You are licensed to use the “Item” to create unlimited “End Products” for yourself or for your clients and the “End Product” may be sold, licensed, sublicensed or freely distributed.
A “Personal License” is only for individual customers. A “Corporate License” is for all corporate and commercial organizations and business entities. In case of purchasing one of our products for your company, you must choose “Corporate License”.
You are allowed to:
2.1. You may create an End Product for a client.
2.2. You may sell, license, sublicense or distribute and make any number of copies of the End Product.
2.3. You may modify or manipulate the Item. You may combine the Item with other works and make a derivative work from it. The resulting works are subject to the terms of this license.
2.4. This is a 'multi-use’ license, which means you may use an Item multiple times, in multiple projects.
You are not allowed to:
2.5. You can’t redistribute the Item as stock, in a tool or template, or with source files. You can’t do this with an Item either on its own or bundled with other items, even if you modify the Item. You can’t redistribute or make the Item available as-is or with superficial modifications.
2.6. You must not permit an end user of the “End Product” to extract the “Item” and use it separately from the “End Product”.
2.7. The “End Product” can’t be used in a product offered for sale where the item contributes to the core value of the product being sold. For example, converting a purchased product to a template or theme for sale on your website or marketplaces like ThemeForest, Creative Market, etc.
3. Other License Terms
3.1. You are not required to attribute or link to “Us” in any of your projects.
3.2. All the rights for photographs and illustrations used in Item are reserved by their legal owners and are presented in the Item for demonstrating purposes.
3.3. “We” will not be responsible for any outcome that may occur during the course of usage of our resources.
