Data processing without separate consent
We can process personal data without giving separate consent in the following situations:
- Responding to the inquiry sent via the contact form – the legal basis is the necessity to process data for the performance of the contract (Article 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR); the consequence of not providing data will be the inability to send the contact form.
- Statistical measurement of traffic on the website – the legal basis is the legitimate interest of the administrator (Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR). Personal data will be processed for the period necessary to perform, terminate or expire the contract and for the period after which any claims will expire.
Data processing after giving consent
We may process personal data after giving separate consent in the following situations:
- Sending marketing information to the e-mail address provided (newsletter) – the legal basis is the consent of the data subject (Article 6 (1) (a) of the GDPR); the consequence of not providing data will be the lack of receiving e-mails from the Administrator. Personal data will be processed until the receipt of an appropriate request (deletion of data or withdrawal of consent to their processing) from the data subject.

Personal data obtained from the sales form are not transferred or sold to any other entities.
