Will I receive an invoice?
Yes. We use the Gumroad platform to process orders. You will receive an email from Gumroad after ordering. You can apply for an invoice for your company.
Do you provide refunds?
We do not provide a refund once the order is confirmed and the digital product has been delivered. We offer digital products, not services. Check ours Refund Policy.
Are prices on the website tax-inclusive?
We use the Gumroad platform to process orders. Tax can be added at the checkout stage.
License
What’s the difference between Personal and Corporate Licenses?
If you’re purchasing Ideakit for your company – please choose Corporate License. A Personal License is only for individual customers. Check ours Licensing Agreement.
Can I use Ideakit for a client’s end product?
Yes, of course. Check ours Licensing Agreement.
